Its been a while since my last blog here. This tells me that Im not yet totally into this blogging world. Anyway, I worked sunday night so I was asleep the entire day on Monday. Nothing new, nothing good, nothing to tell. Until I checked my email and the Navy recruiter told me I got selected for the US Navy Nurse Corps and I should be expecting to be commissioned on October 2009. What makes it even more sweeter is when the recruiter said I am on the alternate list which means that I can even be ordered to be commissioned earlier than that. Wow!!! Now, what I need to do is finish up my Bachelors and enjoy the next few months of my life. Graduation is a month away. Whew, can't wait to go vacation. 1st destination: Atlantic City 2nd: Las Vegas 3rd: Grand Canyon 4rth: Florida 5th: Philippines 6th: Im gonna try Seattle 7th: Chicago. I hope my friend Mae can come with me. We'll see.
By the way, Me and May went to NEw York's tallest skyscraper, Empire State Building on Friday, April 10. I will post the pictures soon. I enjoyed the trip although I feel there are more places to visit there in NY. Anyway, there will be more to come.
